Schmittenstrasse Chalet is a luxury and spacious 200m2 ski chalet for up to 12 people, combining modern with tradition. It is situated opposite the Schmittenhöhebahn cable car and the piste 15 finishes almost directly at the chalet. There is no better location than here to begin your skiing or hiking day, in Zell am See!
The chalet is the ideal base for families with children, as the main Zell am See ski school starts right in front of the chalet avoiding the need for unnecessary bus and car journeys.You will also find a nice selection of hotels and restaurants offering bars and restaurants as well as ski hire and play areas nearby, with the free shuttle stopping a short walk to take you to the centre about 1.5km away.The chalet is offered self catered or with half board catering to suit.

many resorts and it’s a familiar sight at many of the resort’s mountain huts to see skiers dancing while still in their ski boots skiing back down the slopes in the early evening.
Much of the accommodation in Austria are good quality, family-run hotels, with many on a half-board basis, offering good quality mountain food.
